Southwest Foundations is a full service concrete construction company serving southern Nevada. Founded as Whipple Concrete in 1975 by Laird Whipple, Southwest Foundations specialized in laying strong foundations for residential projects. The company was the first to place post tension slabs and basements in production residential projects. As the company grew and developed a reputation for quality construction, the scope of work expanded to light commercial, light industrial, site concrete, and decorative concrete.

Today, Southwest Foundations is led by Laird Whipple Jr. and Cortney Whipple. These brothers have a combined 70 years of experience placing and finishing quality foundations and more. With a knowledgeable staff, Cort and Laird are committed to building upon their parent's mission to provide service and satisfaction to their customers.
